Following discussions with the local Police, the Earl's Court Conservative Team has now asked the Council to consider a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) specific to Earl’s Court. A PSPO defines a series of prohibitions within a particular area and gives the Police enhanced powers to deal with individual breaches.
We have suggested a number of specific activities that we think the PSPO should prohibit. We would like your views on those and any other suggestions you may have.
